My Healing Journey...
As a child growing up in a challenging home , I took responsibilities very early in life. My dad was not around, my younger sister had Leukemia and I had picked the toughest courses at school because I wanted to become a biomedical engineer.And I did. I achieved everything I set my mind to. But years of emotional and mental pressure and stress led to hormonal imbalance, gut issues, a short episode of an eating disorder, anxiety. And all of that set me on the path to finding the answers for myself.Even moving forward in engineering and leadership roles, I did experience the entire spectrum - from mental stress pressure to ambition, excitement and energy - up and down that spectrum… probably even many times even in a day!

It took self discovery, self-compassion, becoming aware and mindful, learning from the best, and tackling my own internal beliefs, fears and emotions to heal.
I say this because I know what challenging times feel like... And I know it’s hard.Change and loss in life is hard.Grief is unbearable.Trauma is painful.And all of these stick to the body and mind - if we want to heal we need to release the energetic residue they leave.

I understand it because I’ve been there too.But after all these years I also know that the human body, mind and spirit are resilient.And resilience can be strengthened when you tap into the true intelligence of your body and mind through a mindful & yogic approach of life.

Is this a group program?
Yes you can do it as part of the group or individually.You have access to your own login to the portal and the work you do is on yourself.
What if I need additional 1-1 coaching?

How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
The program material will only take you 1- 2 hrs per week to go through and rest of the time is to incorporate the lessons into your life. 
I have a busy schedule and may have a week where I may not be able to complete the tasks, will I fall too far behind? 
The program is 12 weeks, but it’s self-paced. So there is no such thing as “getting behind.” Incase you do miss the calls, you will have access to the recordings.And you have on-going access to your content beyond the 12 weeks for as long as you like.
